Sunday Morning in Mongolia

Stage at the Thailand conference we attended last week.

This is the stage...the stage where people led us to the throne.  Handwritten thoughts and verses were projected on the screen before our gathering time.  It was a good time to contemplate.  Then, we would sing for sometimes 20 or 30 minutes.  In English!  In English!  It had been August 2010 since I last sang that long in English.  The first four days, my eyes leaked through the whole time.  I was getting to join with others to express my heartfelt love, adoration, and beliefs.  One day after singing so loud and hard, my throat was hurting!  It was in English, did I mention that?  I have a new appreciation for the fact that our Mongolian friends get to sing their songs in Mongolian.  That's sooooooo important!  And, now, I'm off to sing in Mongolian this morning.  And maybe one song in English.
