Take notice of the small fruit and vegetable stand in this presentation. These are the kinds of stands that I buy my fruits and veggies at. It's amazing to me that some families live off the profits of these very small, specialized stands. No diversification...no bread sold on the side...no cartons of milk to go with that broccoli...no bottles of dressing sold with the lettuce. It's amazing to me that they can actually "make it"!
