I thought the Husker fans among us would enjoy this cake which was part of Micah's going-away party in November!  We all had a good laugh at the pretty flowers adorning the heart-shaped decoration on the cake.  Mongolia is known for its very fancy cakes; however, be not deceived....the flavor is usually a bit "blah" with about half the sugar than what we're used to and a texture which is more like Wonder Bread than a succulent cake.  Kevin and I refer to this kind of cake as a "hagus" cake. "Hagus" in Mongolian is "half".
